Rodgers Lake

Rodgers Lake is seeing excellent grayling fishing as I type. Try fishing small spinners or wet flies near the southeast shoreline to get the strike. Also a few nice cutthroat are being caught.

McGregor Lake

Rainbows are hitting trolling shore lines with flicker Shad’s and small flatfish on McGregor Lake. In addition,  smallmouth bass are hitting well on tube jigs.

Bitterroot Lake

There’s a good salmon bite, in Bitterroot Lake, jigging the south end in about 50’ of water. Also try trolling in the late evening for big rainbows with plugs or flies.

Lower Stillwater Lake

In Lower Stillwater Lake there is an EXCELLENT perch and pike bite right now. Get out there to target these incredible fish!

Thompson River

The trout action on the Thompson river has been been on fly. Try royal wulff or purple haze flies. Small spoons or spinners should work as well.

Middle Thompson

The Middle Thompson is seeing a very good bite pike bite right now! Try large spoons and plugs. Also a few nice salmon are being caught at the west end.

Lake Mary Ronan

A good salmon bite is on in Lake Mary Ronan –  jigging near Camp Tuffit. Also the perch are hitting, so get out there!

Flathead Lake

on Flathead Lake, planer boards and crank baits are enticing the surface bites at the north end of the lake.

Until Next Time, Tight Lines!
